Course Information
Learn the art of teaching classical pilates with our 600 hour full comprehensive teacher training hosted at Forza Pilates in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. By the end of this course you will feel confident to teach across the entire pilates system - mat, reformer, cadillac/tower, chairs, barrels and pedi-pole. The course will be split into 6 x 3 day seminars with additional self practice, observation, teaching and exams required to certify. Use of apparatus, apprentice reviews, practise sessions and mentorship is included in the price of your course. Manuals and video platform are also included. This course has been structured so that you take your exams along the way enabling you to fully certify by August 2027. This weekend program ideal for instructors in training in full time employment.
